We are looking for a motivated and organised VAT Team Member to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take their first step into professional practice within a fast‑paced, supportive environment.
In this role, you’ll work with a varied portfolio of clients across multiple industries, managing bookkeeping tasks and supporting VAT compliance. With hands‑on experience and regular client interaction, this position offers the ideal foundation for launching a successful accounting career.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, bank transactions and keep financial records accurate
- Prepare VAT returns across different VAT schemes using platforms like Xero and QuickBooks
- Assist with monthly CIS returns and maintain up‑to‑date subcontractor records
- Act as a friendly first point of contact for client queries
- Liaise with HMRC when needed to resolve issues
- Stay organised, manage your workload and meet deadlines in a busy environment

Required Qualifications: Accounting graduate OR AAT Level 3 qualified with accounting experience.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday. 08:30 – 17:00
